The Short Walks Programme are designed to introduce you to walking by means of carefully selected walking routes around Bearsden and Milngavie that can be completed in 2 hours.
They are suitable for young and old, particulary those that have not attempted any organised walking before. They are a good introduction for improving fitness especially for those recovering from an illness or who have a medical condition where their medical adviser recommends walking.
The walks are held every second Wednesday, starting at the Milngavie Community Education Leisure Centre at 10:00.
